PC Support Technician Diploma: Build Your IT Career
This program will help you gain the hands-on skills required to support end users and work in IT, ERP, and CRM environments using tools such as PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our curriculum covers core competencies for a successful career as a PC Support Technician, including expertise in computer systems, operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
You’ll learn to troubleshoot and resolve issues on both Windows and Linux platforms.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
